C L I E N T S
1. ) agree to never use Aousian's artworks for anything related to AI art generators, NFTs and cryptocurrency2. ) agree to only use your commission for personal use unless already paid for the merchandise fees (x2 base price).3. ) agree that you are allowed to repost/use your commissioned artwork(s) from me (the artist: Aousian) as long as you credit/link back to me (the artist: Aousian).4. ) agree that any conversations only related to the commission will be documented as proof of transaction and reference for commission details.

P A Y M E N T S / R E F U N D S
► All commissions are paid UPFRONT before any work is to be done on the commission.
► I do take 50/50 payments, please contact me beforehand so I can send you an invoice.► I do not accept full refunds once I begin work, please make sure you're 100% positive you wish to commission me.► I refund the percentage of work done before rendering phase.
(Sketch 25%, Lineart 50%)► After flat colors are completed, I will not refund any percentage.► I DO NOT, refund fully completed pieces.

R E V I S I O N S
► All clients get 5 LARGE revisions.
(Smaller adjustments or mistakes on my end do not count.
Please point out all and any adjustments needed when WIPs are sent!)► Afterwards, the clients will be charged +$10 USD per revision depending on how large the revision.

D E A D L I N E S & D E L I V E R Y
► I do not do tight deadline orders (at earliest, a month in advance).
I mainly only take commissions at my own pace due to being a University Student.► Depending on type of commission, I may take up to 4-8 weeks (approx. 1-2 month) to complete a request.► All completed pieces will only be delivered after a full payment has been sent. If I have not yet been paid in full, I will hold onto the completed commission until the transaction has been completed.

► All commissions are priced with livestreaming use in mind. Therefore, feel free to use your commissions on stream with proper credit to me.M E R C H A N D I S E :
